Open questionsList missing evidence or differences for the buyer to review before selection.
3. Approval and production record
Approved referencesRecord specification and drawing revision, sample reference, artwork and written approval date.
Milestones and changesRecord the agreed schedule, supplier updates, changes, decision owner and next review date.
4. Checks and dispatch
Agreed inspection scopeRecord the checklist, acceptance criteria, sampling plan where applicable, exclusions and any specialist provider.
Findings and actionsRecord observations, permitted photos, supporting documents, unresolved items and the responsible party. Do not mark unperformed checks as passed.
Packing and shipmentRecord quantity, labels, carton details, shipping marks, required documents and buyer dispatch instructions.
The accepted quotation defines the work included. Pro: $0 separate procurement service fee, with service costs included in the product quotation. Basic: 5% of agreed product value, minimum $100. Samples, specialist testing, freight and other costs are itemised or expressly included. This file does not replace engineering approval, laboratory testing or certification.
