What is the main difference between Pro and Basic?
With Pro, we source suitable Yueqing suppliers and coordinate your purchase through BottomRace; our procurement service costs are included in the product quotation. With Basic, you bring your existing Yueqing suppliers and pay a management fee of 5% of agreed product value, minimum $100.
Does Pro mean the products and shipping are free?
No. The separate Pro service fee is $0. You pay for the products at the quotation you approve, which includes our procurement service costs. Samples, freight, testing and additional services are itemised or expressly included in that quotation.
What product value is used for the Basic fee?
We confirm the product value covered by the managed order in your quotation and calculate 5% of that value, subject to the $100 minimum service fee. Freight, testing and other additional charges are shown separately or expressly included. The calculation basis is confirmed before work starts.
Can I use both plans for one project?
Yes. We can use Pro for products we source and Basic for products from your existing Yueqing suppliers. The quotation separates the scope and charges for each part so you can review the total.
Do you accept small orders or orders with several products?
Send the quantities and specification for each item. Suitability depends on factory minimum quantities, product requirements and the work involved. We confirm feasibility and any extra handling or sample charges in your quotation. The Basic minimum service fee remains $100.
Are samples included?
Sample coordination can form part of the agreed service. Physical samples, tooling if needed and sample shipping are itemised or expressly included in your quotation. We confirm the sample requirements and cost before ordering them.
Can Pro or Basic include private label and custom packaging?
Yes, subject to the supplier's capabilities and the agreed scope. We coordinate product branding, samples and packaging requirements for the specified models. MOQ, printing, tooling, artwork and packaging costs are itemised or expressly included in the quotation. See Private Label & Packaging.
Can you coordinate samples or a product development project?
Yes, subject to the manufacturer's capabilities and your approved brief. Pro is for suppliers we source; Basic supports your existing Yueqing factories. Which inspections are included?
The checks included in your order are agreed in writing. They can cover specified product checks, quantity, labels, accessories, packing and documents. Sampling, electrical tests and acceptance criteria depend on the product. Third-party laboratory testing, certification work, special inspections or repeat visits require a confirmed scope and cost.
What happens if an inspection finds a problem?
We record the issue and coordinate the agreed next steps with the supplier and you. Product requirements, acceptance criteria, rework, replacement, any warranty and other remedies are governed by the accepted order agreement. Any change to the delivery schedule or additional work is confirmed before proceeding.
Who receives payment and arranges shipping?
The quotation identifies the seller, payment recipient, payment schedule and delivery terms. Shipping is coordinated with logistics partners for the agreed destination. Freight, insurance, customs arrangements and any taxes or duties are confirmed according to the agreed delivery scope.
Can you coordinate orders from several Yueqing factories?
Yes, subject to the agreed scope and logistics arrangements. Send the supplier list, product details, quantities and required shipping dates. Any consolidation, storage, packing or additional handling is quoted before you approve it. See shipping & logistics options.
Can I visit the factory, or use only the visit service?
Yes. We can coordinate supplier meetings and interpretation in Yueqing. Standalone accompanied visits are $350 per day for up to 8 working hours. For Pro and Basic clients, your quotation states whether visits are included or charged separately. Transfers and other expenses are confirmed in the visit quote.
Do you source products outside Yueqing?
Our factory sourcing and on-site services focus on Yueqing, Zhejiang, and electrical products. We work with international buyers and coordinate shipping through logistics partners for the agreed destination. Send the factory address if you already have a supplier in mind.
