Meet us at the airport or station
We arrange pickup at Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, Wenzhou South Railway Station or Yueqing Railway Station. We confirm the meeting point and contact details with you before arrival.
Get settled at your hotel
We accompany you to your hotel and assist with check-in communication. Share your booking details in advance, or tell us if you need help discussing accommodation options.
Visit factories and negotiate
We accompany you to the agreed factories, provide English–Chinese interpretation and support your discussions on products, pricing, quantities and delivery. We record key negotiation points, agreements and outstanding questions for follow-up.
Enjoy local food, if time allows
When there is free time in the itinerary, we can accompany you to try local food. Let us know your dietary preferences and any allergies in advance. This is optional and arranged around your factory meetings.
Return to the airport or station
After your meetings, we arrange the agreed return transfer to the airport or railway station. We plan departure around your confirmed flight or train time.

Accompanied factory visits and interpretation are priced at US$350 per day, covering up to 8 working hours. We confirm the full itinerary and quote before you book.
Airport or station transfers, hotel charges, meals, overtime and other expenses are itemised or explicitly confirmed as included in your quote. Factory appointments are subject to availability. Our factory visits take place within Yueqing.
We support communication and negotiation; final purchasing decisions and supplier agreements remain with you.
