Shipping & logistics / Yueqing electrical sourcing

From Yueqing factories.
To your destination.

Coordinate collection, packing and shipping for your electrical order. Bring several Yueqing suppliers into one shipment plan, with the route, costs and delivery responsibilities agreed before dispatch.

Local supplier coordination in Yueqing. International transport through logistics partners, subject to the product, route and agreed service.

Several factories, one receiving plan

Bring your orders together.

Share the supplier list, ready dates and carton details. We coordinate the agreed collection and receiving arrangements with the factories and logistics partners.

  1. 01

    Agree the shipment brief

Confirm suppliers, products, quantities, collection addresses, destination and timing. Decide whether to combine orders or arrange separate dispatches.

  2. 02

    Schedule the handover

Agree ready dates and the receiving location with the supplier and logistics partner. Confirm pickup, handling, storage and consolidation charges before work starts.

  3. 03

    Reconcile what arrives

Coordinate checks of outer package counts, labels, visible condition and available packing lists against the shipment brief. Record shortages or differences for follow-up.

  4. 04

    Pack and release

Arrange the agreed packing, record final dimensions and weight, confirm documents and hand over to the logistics partner after the order's release conditions are met.

Keep each supplier traceable.

Identify cartons or pallets by supplier, order and product reference before combining them. The agreed packing list records which items are in the shipment.

Plan storage before delivery.

Storage location, available space, conditions, duration and fees are confirmed with the receiving partner. Free warehousing or a fixed storage period is included only when expressly stated in your quotation.

Receiving checks cover the agreed package and document scope. Product inspection, opening cartons or functional testing is arranged under a separate agreed checklist. See Quality Control.

Packing for the product and route

Prepare electrical goods
for the journey.

We coordinate the packing specification with your supplier and logistics partner. Materials, labelling, handling requirements and any repacking costs are agreed before dispatch.

Components & accessories

Separate and identify.

Agree inner packs, partitions and outer cartons for breakers, contactors, terminals and accessories. Keep models, loose parts and supplied instructions identifiable.

Enclosures & assembled equipment

Protect the assembly.

Agree support, edge protection, securing of loose parts and suitable pallet or crate arrangements. Confirm lifting, stacking and unloading requirements for larger equipment.

Product-specific protection

Match the packing method.

Discuss cushioning, moisture protection or antistatic packaging where the product requires it. Confirm storage conditions and any handling restrictions with the supplier and carrier.

Export packing & marks

Confirm the final pack.

Check agreed labels, shipping marks, package count, gross weight and dimensions. For solid-wood pallets or crates, confirm destination treatment and marking requirements with the logistics partner.

Choose a practical route

Compare transport options.

We request options against the actual cargo and destination. Route availability, carrier acceptance, capacity and the required delivery date determine the offer.

To your forwarder or a terminal.

Use your own nominated forwarder, or request delivery to an agreed port, airport or terminal. The quote states the handover point and which collection, handling and documentation tasks are included.

To an agreed delivery address.

Address delivery can be requested where the partner service is available. Confirm the postcode, access, unloading needs, customs arrangements and whether destination charges are included in the offer.

Transit schedules are estimates tied to the quoted route. Collection, consolidation, customs processing, handovers and final delivery affect the overall timeline. We confirm the proposed schedule and booking conditions with the logistics partner.

Understand the quotation

Price the whole shipment.

Freight is quoted for the cargo, route and delivery scope. There is no single per-kilogram or per-container price for every electrical order.

Origin work

Collection & preparation

Factory pickup, receiving, handling, agreed storage, consolidation, repacking, pallets or crates and origin documentation charges.

Transport

Freight & carrier charges

Route, packed volume, gross weight, chargeable weight, service level, cargo characteristics and any carrier surcharges identified in the quotation.

Destination scope

Clearance & delivery

Destination terminal charges, clearance services, duties or taxes, insurance if requested and final delivery or unloading, as included or excluded in the quote.

Why dimensions matter.

Courier and air services may charge using volumetric weight when it exceeds actual weight. We confirm the chargeable-weight basis with the logistics partner. Final packing and measured cargo details may change an initial estimate.

What your approval covers.

The quotation identifies the route, handover point, named delivery terms, included charges, exclusions, payment schedule and any validity period. Revised packing, weight, timing or service requirements are confirmed before a revised offer is approved.

Before you book, confirm:
  • Products, ready dates, package count, dimensions and gross weight
  • Pickup addresses and exact delivery point
  • Collection, packing, freight and destination charges included
  • Importer, customs, duties, taxes and insurance arrangements
  • Estimated schedule, quote validity and payment terms

The Basic fee covers the agreed procurement-management work with your existing Yueqing suppliers, including the shipping coordination specified in your quotation.

Discuss Basic shipping

Compare the full procurement scope, fees and workflow on our Services & Pricing page. Product inspections and acceptance criteria are agreed separately from package receiving checks; see Quality Control.

Before the goods move

Shipping questions,
answered.

Share the actual cargo details and destination. We will confirm the available options and what the quotation covers.

Can you combine products from several Yueqing factories?

Yes, subject to the agreed shipment scope and receiving arrangements. Send the supplier list, ready dates, quantities and package details. We confirm the receiving location, collection schedule, consolidation method and charges before goods are sent.

Do Pro and Basic include free shipping?

No. Pro has a $0 separate service fee because procurement service costs are included in the product quotation. Basic is a 5% procurement-management fee on agreed product value, minimum $100. Freight and other logistics charges are itemised or expressly included in the accepted quotation.

Is warehousing or consolidation free?

Storage, receiving, handling and consolidation terms depend on the order and receiving partner. The quote confirms the location, period, space or cargo limits and charges. A free period or included consolidation applies only when it is expressly stated.

Which transport method should I choose?

We compare available courier, air, sea and supported rail or road options using your packed dimensions, weight, cargo characteristics, destination and required date. We confirm the route and included handovers rather than selecting by product value alone.

How do you calculate freight?

The logistics partner quotes against the route, service and cargo details. Depending on the service, charges may use actual or volumetric weight, volume, a container basis or another stated tariff basis. Collection, handling, packing and destination charges also affect the total.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. Send the forwarder's contact details, receiving address, delivery instructions and required date. We confirm the supplier handover, packing, document responsibilities and any local collection or delivery charges in the quotation.

Can you arrange delivery to my address?

Address delivery can be requested where a logistics partner supports the destination and cargo. Share the exact postcode, delivery access and unloading needs. The quotation confirms the final delivery point and customs, tax, duty and destination-charge arrangements.

Can you ship large or specially handled electrical equipment?

Send the packed dimensions, gross weight, lifting requirements and product description before booking. Declare any relevant contents or handling characteristics, such as batteries, liquids or magnetic components. The logistics partner confirms acceptance, packing, route, documents and any extra charges for the exact cargo.

What if one supplier is not ready on time?

We review the effect on the receiving plan and booking. You can approve waiting, a split shipment or another available arrangement. Any extra storage, handling, freight or booking changes are confirmed before the revised plan proceeds.

Is cargo insurance included?

Insurance is included only when stated in the quotation. If you request cover, the offer identifies the insurer or provider, scope, insured value, exclusions, excess if applicable and claim procedure. Carrier liability and insurance cover follow their respective terms.

What do you need for a shipping quote?

Send the product list, supplier addresses in Yueqing, quantities, ready dates, package count, packed dimensions, gross weight, destination country and postcode, preferred delivery point and required arrival date. Tell us whether collection, repacking, storage or consolidation is needed.
