1. What this website provides
The website provides information about electrical sourcing, factory visits, interpretation and related local services in Yueqing, China. Content is general information and does not itself create a client, agency, partnership, joint-venture or fiduciary relationship.
We are not a manufacturer, trading company, importer, product certification body or payment intermediary. We do not take title to goods, receive payment for your factory order or become a party to your supply contract unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
2. Services, quotes and fees
Prices shown on the website are indicative starting rates and may change. A service becomes binding only when we confirm the scope, availability, fees, expenses and payment terms in a written quotation or service agreement accepted by you.
Unless stated otherwise in a written quote, fees cover the services and working hours specified there. Travel, accommodation, meals, transport, third-party charges and overtime may be itemised separately or expressly included. We do not accept factory commissions or rebates and do not add a margin to factory prices.
Cancellation, rescheduling, payment and refund terms are set out in the applicable quote or service agreement. You are responsible for bank charges, taxes and other charges identified in that agreement.
3. Your responsibilities

- have authority to share any information, documents or samples you send to us;
- comply with applicable laws, import and export controls, sanctions and product requirements;
- make your own commercial, technical, legal and purchasing decisions;
- obtain any necessary visas, insurance, permits and travel documentation; and
- use the website and services lawfully and respectfully.
4. Factory information and no guarantee of outcomes
Supplier details, product information, factory observations and market comments are provided for general sourcing assistance. Factories and other third parties are independent from us. We do not control their statements, production, quality systems, capacity, pricing, delivery, compliance or business conduct.
We provide services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee that a factory will be suitable, that a product meets a particular standard, that a negotiation will succeed or that any price, lead time, certification or commercial outcome will be achieved. A factory visit is not a certification audit, laboratory test or guarantee of future product quality.
5. Your relationship with suppliers
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, you contract directly with the factory or supplier. You are responsible for product specifications, purchase orders, payment, inspection, shipping, insurance, customs and any dispute with that supplier. We may provide separately agreed local coordination or communication support, but we do not become the seller, buyer, importer or guarantor.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to BottomRace and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
