Private label & packaging / Yueqing electrical sourcing

Your electrical products.
Your brand.

Coordinate product branding, labels and custom packaging with Yueqing electrical suppliers. Agree the artwork, quantities, sample and cost before production starts.

For international buyers sourcing electrical products in Yueqing, or working with existing Yueqing factories through Basic.

Branding for electrical products

Make the brand yours.
Keep the details accurate.

Start with an agreed product specification. We ask the supplier which branding methods suit the material, available marking area, order quantity and intended use.

Product logo

Printing or laser marking.

Discuss screen or pad printing, laser marking or another supplier-supported method for the exact surface. Approve the logo size, location, colour and sample finish before the production run.

Nameplates & labels

Match every model.

Coordinate brand and model references, ratings, terminal or wiring information, and batch identification where required. Keep the agreed technical markings visible and linked to the correct product.

Instructions & inserts

Prepare the information.

Arrange approved instruction sheets, installation information and package inserts. Confirm the language, version and responsible technical reviewer before printing.

SKU & order identification

Keep the range traceable.

Use the SKU, barcode data and carton references you approve. Agree how different ratings, pole configurations, accessories and variants will be identified through packing and dispatch.

Branding and technical approval go together.

Confirm the exact model, manufacturer, destination market and documents required for your brand. Certification marks and claims need authorisation for the specific product and label arrangement. Changes to materials, housings, ratings or functions require a separate technical scope. Explore Product Development.

From the unit box to the shipment

Packaging that fits
the electrical order.

We coordinate the packaging brief with your product supplier and, where agreed, a packaging partner. The product, protection needs and shipment route guide the specification.

Unit packaging

Boxes, sleeves & labels.

Choose an agreed box or sleeve size, print layout, material and finish. Confirm the model label, included instructions and how accessories are packed with each unit.

Inner protection

Keep parts in place.

Agree partitions, trays, cushioning and bags around the product. Discuss moisture or antistatic protection where appropriate, and check that packing supports the product without obstructing or stressing it.

Outer packaging

Prepare for handling.

Confirm carton strength, units per carton, weight, dimensions and shipping marks. Larger enclosures or assemblies may need an agreed pallet or crate specification.

Bundle to an approved list.

Combine agreed accessories, instructions or separately packed products into a set. Confirm the bill of materials, counts, references and packing order. Electrical assembly or wiring requires a separate technical agreement.

Plan repacking and consolidation.

For orders from several factories, confirm the receiving location, responsibilities and packaging work before goods arrive. Handling, storage and repacking charges are agreed in advance. See Shipping & Logistics.

Minimum order quantity

Confirm the minimum
for each model and design.

The product factory and packaging supplier may have different minimums. We request options for your target quantity and show the applicable MOQ, setup cost and unit price in the quotation.

Starting with a trial order?

Send your target quantity per SKU. We can ask about existing product designs, labels or stock packaging with a sleeve before comparing more extensive customisation. Availability and the supplier's acceptance are confirmed in the quotation.

Packaging quantity exceeds the order?

Agree who pays for and owns the unused packaging, where it will be held, any storage charge and how it can be used on a repeat order. A shared box design may be an option for several SKUs if the fit and identification are approved.

There is no single published MOQ for every electrical product. The confirmed minimum applies to the models, ratings, colours and artwork specified in your quotation. Sample quantities and production quantities are agreed separately.

Before your first branded order

Private label questions,
answered.

Start with the products, target quantities and brand files. We will confirm what the supplier can offer and the cost for your exact scope.

Can you put my logo on Yueqing electrical products?

We can coordinate a private-label request with the supplier for the exact product. Send the model, quantity, logo and preferred position. The factory confirms the suitable method, available marking space, MOQ and documentation before the offer is approved.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the model, rating, stock availability, marking method and artwork. Printed boxes can have a separate production minimum. Send the quantity per SKU and we will request the available options. The accepted quotation states the actual minimums.

Can I start with a small trial order?

Tell us your intended trial quantity. We can ask about an existing product design with labels or a stock box and sleeve as well as direct printing. A smaller batch is subject to the supplier's acceptance, setup work and product availability.

Are logo printing and packaging included in Pro or Basic?

They are included only to the extent stated in your quotation. Pro has a $0 separate service fee, with procurement service costs included in the product quotation. Basic is 5% of agreed product value, minimum $100. Printing, packaging, artwork, samples and other customisation costs are itemised or expressly included.

What files do you need from me?

Send the logo in an editable vector format if available, brand colours, preferred size and position, product references, label text and languages. For boxes, include a reference design or requirements. The supplier confirms the print-ready file format and dieline before production.

Can you help prepare the packaging artwork?

We can coordinate artwork preparation or adaptation with the supplier or an agreed design partner. Confirm the deliverables, revisions, file ownership and cost before work begins. You approve the final text, graphics and technical information.

Can I approve a sample before the main order?

Yes, we coordinate the proof or physical sample agreed for your project. The quote identifies the sample scope, charges, freight and timing. A digital layout approves artwork; product finish and packaging fit are checked through the agreed physical sample.

Does the factory's certification cover my brand automatically?

Confirm this for the exact model, market and brand arrangement before printing claims or marks. We coordinate requests for the relevant documents and any required authorisation. Specialist testing, certification work or a new branded listing needs a separate confirmed scope and quotation.

Can several suppliers use matching packaging?

We can coordinate shared artwork and packaging specifications across an agreed supplier list. Each product still needs the correct fit, protection, labels and traceability. Receiving, repacking and consolidation arrangements are confirmed before the goods move.

Who owns the moulds, print files and unused packaging?

The accepted quotation or order agreement sets out ownership, access, storage, repeat use and any charges. Confirm these terms before paying for tooling or excess packaging. Reuse, transfer or refunds are not assumed from payment alone.

How long does a private-label order take?

The supplier confirms the schedule for your exact model and scope. Artwork revisions, samples, tooling, material availability and tests can affect the timeline. We agree approval milestones and production dates before the order proceeds.
