Are product samples free?
Sample coordination can be part of the agreed procurement service. Physical samples, customisation, tests and sample freight are itemised or expressly included in your quotation. Any sample credit against a production order needs confirmed terms.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The supplier confirms the minimum for each model, rating or variant. Available stock, production setup, materials and custom work affect the offer. Tell us your target quantity and expected repeat volume; the accepted quotation states the applicable minimums.
Who receives payment for the order?
The accepted quotation identifies the seller, payment recipient, payment schedule and delivery terms. We confirm those arrangements with you before the purchase proceeds. Changes to the order or payment milestones are recorded and approved.
How will I receive production updates?
We agree the update frequency, milestones and contacts for the order. Updates cover the supplier information and records included in the work scope, along with changes or open actions that need a decision.
What happens if a supplier reports a delay or quality issue?
We record the issue, request the supplier's proposed action and coordinate your response. Rework, replacement, any warranty, remedies and revised delivery terms follow the accepted order agreement. Additional work or charges need approval before proceeding.
Can you coordinate orders from several factories?
Yes, within the agreed scope. Send the product list, suppliers, ready dates and packing details. We confirm the separate order references, management work, collection, consolidation and any additional handling or storage costs before goods move.
Can I add my brand or develop a modified product?
We can coordinate a supplier review for the exact requirement. Logo marking, boxes, design changes, prototypes or tooling need agreed artwork or technical specifications, samples, minimum quantities and costs. See Private Label & Packaging and Product Development.
Can I visit the factories before ordering?
Yes, subject to appointments and the agreed itinerary. We can coordinate Yueqing factory meetings, interpretation and visit notes. Standalone accompanied visits are $350 per day for up to 8 working hours; transfers and other expenses are confirmed in the visit quote. Pro or Basic quotes state whether visits are included or charged separately.
